I was in an accident and called Shores, and they immediately arranged for my car to be towed and even called back to check on me. They made everything hassle-free, dealing with my insurance completely, keeping me updated, and getting my car back to me ASAP. Literally all I had to do was call in the initial claim to my insurance and then pick my car up. I was impressed with how fast the people at Shores got my car back to me and how amazing it looked, inside and out, better than new, seriously. The owner, and what seems to be a tight-knit and well-run group of employees, were extremely helpful and obviously had a ton of experience. I could tell that they only used the best parts for my car, and that they did their research in trying to find me the best prices. This is the only place I would take my car!!! They’re by far the best!
